What is your MOQ ?
MOQ is 1000m2/order(5 designs at most)/. For example, it is 2500pcs in 5 designs. Each design in 500 pcs in 50x80cm.

2. What's the maximum width for the printing machine.
The width of machine is 200cm. Thus, the rug width normally should be divided by 200cm evenly to avoid waste during production

3.What format of the design needed?
JPG, PDF, AI, PCX, are fine.

4. How many colors can be produced in one design?
1) For chromojet printed, Normaily within 12 colors inclusive of white color;
2) For digital printed, there is no limited.

5. How to choose design colors?
Pantone colors ( Pantone C, Pantone U, Pantone TPX) are acceptable, If exact colors cannot be appointed, our professional design team will recommend the best match color for verification and approval.

6. Would you send me a product sample before I place an order?
YES, FREE SAMPLE in stock can be prepared for your evaluation, freight collect.

7.What is the sample charge for custom samples?

Normally free of charge below 3 sqm.

For samples between 3 sqm to 5 sqm, USD150(total) would be collected

For samples between 5 sqm to 10 sqm, USD200(total) would be collected

All sample charges would be reimbursed upon orders received.

8. What is the lead time of samples and production
(1) lead time for custom samples: 7-10 days

(2) lead time for mass production (regular order)

Low season: 30-45 days

Peak season:45-60 days

8. How to find the freight forwarder?
We can provide our own freight forwarder and choose the best one who has good service and competitive price for your port. Or we can also use the freight forwarding you appointed.
